I adore mini sessions.  I offer them just a handful of times a year.  It’s an amazing way to get to see people who I normally wouldn’t have the opportunity to see.  Sometimes, with young children, they just can’t handle a full session. So a fifteen minute, quick paced session is awesome. . . the kids are done before they even knew what hit them!

This family was fun to see.  Tina and I go way back–I knew her from when we were both involved in the youth group at the church I attended in high school.  She occasionally picked some of us high school girls up before school for donuts, and talked to us–was there for us if we needed anything.  She was so sweet.  But, as with many people, I lost touch with her.  We just recently connected again through Facebook, and she and her husband drove over an hour to have a mini session with me!  I was honored to be able to capture some sweet moments of the three of them.  Miss Sophia was so cheery and good natured for us too!
