Last January, I started a story project. A project that involved taking at least one photo a day that represented our real life. Our everyday. I started without knowing if I would have the ambition to see the project to the end. I was hopeful, but as with all things that we so fervently throw ourselves at every January, I was doubtful that I would make it very far. I ended up surprising myself. And I finished the entire year still taking my daily pictures. Of course, I missed some, and I’m okay with that. Some days I forgot. Some days I just remembered too late.
Some days I snapped a photo of something joyful. Some days, ordinary. Some days, a low point–a screaming baby, a messy house. Some days with family, and some with friends and some on trips. It has truly been an amazing year.
Join me on my journey through 2014. Maybe with a cup of coffee because it might take awhile to get through the whole thing 🙂 (And forgive me. . . with all the images, it was tough to get everything perfect, so I think there may be a couple of duplicates!)
