Last year, I had a sweet mom plan a fun session for her twins, who were almost two.  The idea was novel–we visited a carnival.  She had adorable outfits picked out.  It was fun, creative and adorable.

When she emailed me earlier this year and told me her idea for their three year old session, I just about died with how cute it all sounded.  We emailed back and forth over the past few months, and each time she wrote with another idea or detail, the more excited I was to see what she was putting together.  The night of our session, the weather was beautiful.  We decided on an orchard that she was familiar with, and her husband and I set up shop to keep everything a surprise for the girls.

Truly, this may have been my favorite session that I’ve shot so far.  Such thought was put into the whole thing, and I’m happy that the results turned out how they did.  I had such a hard time picking just a few for my blog–so I went a bit overboard with my highlights.
