I know the Miller family from our church–they are great people. Jeff is involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Becky is a sweetheart, and their kids are so well behaved and polite. I enjoy a good session every now and then where I don’t have to chase the kids all over the place. I also taught the family it only takes a super small photo worthy spot to create an image with the illusion that you are somewhere else. I still laugh in my head about the situation–I arrived early to scope out some new places and noticed a spot next to the parking lot with overgrown grass and a rock. A very small spot. While we were walking, Jeff jokingly pointed to the overgrown area and told his son that we were going to take his picture in the weeds. I laughed and told him that actually, we were 🙂
Sure, they were weeds. . . but to me, it looks like we were in a field. And I love fields!
Thanks for coming to see me again, Millers! Hopefully I’ll see you behind my lens in another year and a half again 🙂 Or sooner!
