And I learned that this is going to be a very hard summer. I have to be on Carter’s tail like a hawk. That boy can get himself into trouble in about 2.5 seconds. Climbing all over everything in sight, running in every direction, trying to get in and out of strollers and cozy coupes and bike trailers. If I didn’t stay super close to him, I think he would’ve gotten seriously injured about twelve times. I am going to be exhausted come September!
To celebrate the sunshine, I made a super colorful breakfast for Brayden and Carter this morning. Rainbow pancakes. They weren’t very hard to make, although they dirtied six bowls and took about four times longer than making regular pancakes would have. But it made it all worth it when Brayden exlaimed, this is the best breakfast EVER! I think Carter agreed 🙂
