Rochester, NY Family Photographer | I met this beautiful family this summer, and thank goodness we had a good day. They were visiting family and came all the way from Arizona! We had pretty much one day that would work to do their photo shoot, and thankful it was beautiful and sunny! I have done pictures for Jackie’s sister and her family before, and they wanted to book a session while they were here and where they could get a kind of setting that wasn’t like home at all. In Arizona, there isn’t much greenery, Jackie said. So they were looking forward to having a park in their pictures.  With green trees and green grass and green green things with some green in the background. Thankfully, we found some green 🙂

We also did some extended family shots with cousins and grandparents.  It was nice to be able to capture a time in their lives that doesn’t happen so often since they live so many miles apart. Everyone looked beautifully coordinated, and it was quite a team effort on everyone’s behalf. We made a great team–we may have looked a little crazy at times, but I love that you can never tell what was going on behind the scenes to get the happy expressions.  Here are some of my favorites from the session–mostly I am sharing Jackie’s family session images, but wanted to make sure I included in a few of the extended family images too!
