Ready, Set, Finish!

We’ve been back from Florida for almost two weeks now, and finally I’m getting the rest of the pictures on the blog. Finished!

We were all able to head down for a visit except for the New Hampshire Chases. . . they had been planning a youth leadership conference that landed right in the middle of the trip, so they weren’t able to make it. But I know we will see them soon hopefully. They were greatly missed.

Just for tradition sake, our little family headed over to the Shell Factory, which claims it’s the largest gift shop in the United States. I don’t doubt that they are right–the thing is massive. It just keeps going and going. And it’s part museum too, which kind of throw me off. Besides the infinite number of breakable objects at the store, it’s fun to walk through. There are stuffed animals–like real ones. A lot of shells. Precious stones, fossils, talking Pirates. Really, the whole store is kind of strange. But we go every time we visit Florida, so we went this time too.

After we left the factory, our kids needed a nice bath in a tub of Purell. šŸ™‚
