On Haircuts and Balloons and Overviews of a Week

I’ve been trying to keep up with taking pictures of the boys.  But I haven’t been the queen of editing, that’s for sure.
Let me first introduce Wild Hair Man.  Fluffy blonde mess perched right on the top of his head.  This is what he looked like before his haircut.
And this is what he looked like after his hair cut.

Ah well.  It may not look the best, but it’s rather difficult giving a ten month old baby a haircut–even with two adults.  The boy could’ve tried out for a part in the Matrix the way he was contorting his body to dodge the clippers.  Neo would have been proud.

I’m condensing the rest of my post into a few sentences–I have twenty five hundred wedding pictures waiting to be sorted through!  We’ve mostly been hanging out at home with the weather being so snowy and cold.  Puzzles have been littering our kitchen floor, craft supplies all over the counter and the boys are learning that the joy of balloons can make any dreary morning a little more fun.  Brayden has grown leaps and bounds this week as a big brother.  I have found him playing with Carter often–giggling, peek-a-booing and trying to pick him up and carry him around, which is definitely hilarious but nerve wracking at the same time.  And Carter is walking nearly like a champ.  His Frankenstein walk is the best entertainment.  Make sure you watch the video at the end of the post . . .
