This morning, I returned back into the land of productivity. With this being the lull in photography season, I haven’t had my plate full of editing. I literally have forgotten what it is like to not have to spend every free moment in front of a computer screen–emailing clients, organizing files, editing image after image, uploading and gallery-making and keeping up with business things, designing new materials, revamping my website and blog. Currently I am all caught up. It’s been strange though. To sit down in my office out of habit during down times and then realize that I don’t actually have any business to take care of.
So this morning, with this new revelation, I attacked Brayden’s room. It was beyond a mess. We rearranged and organized and man did it feel good. It was like revisiting my life before kid days. When I could slow down a little with the rest of life and actually make my house look kept up. Yeah, it’s only one room. But it made me feel as light as a feather.
But tomorrow I have a three month photo shoot for these sweet twins.
Next week I have my spring mini-sessions. And then wedding bells will be ringing for my first wedding in my “spring series”. Today, I have no agenda. Tomorrow, Life in Motion will begin once again. Quick, which room can I tear apart next?
