Our boys have really been playing together lately, and it sure does make life easier.  They’ve been totally into playmobil and trio blocks, and I’m digging it, though I’ve had to get on Brayden’s case about making sure he’s not being too bossy or always taking the “best” stuff, just because he can get away with it.  When they get along though, it’s amazing, and so totally fun to watch.

What else has been going on?  Well, busy season has wrapped up, and I’m so thrilled to lay low the next couple of months!  A few sessions are scattered here and there, but I’m sure I won’t pick up again until Spring.  Work is never done though–there’s lots to do in the off season–update website, blog, clean out files, update all sort of business items, contracts, get my taxes in order, etc.  Lots and lots to do!  But it’s nice to be able to take my time and do it when I’ve got a chunk here and there, as opposed to working every waking second that I’m not with the boys, or doing some other commitment.

Christmas shopping for the boys has been a breeze!  In my honest opinion, Amazon Prime is worth every penny.  I’ve ordered nearly all of their gifts on there.  Prices are constantly changing on Amazon for some reason, and I just make sure to keep an eye on things and bargain shop and buy them when they are low.  Saves me the hassle of a physical store, and it’s a hoot getting piles of packages by my front door!

And as you can see. . . haircuts need to be on the agenda soon!
