Kelly & Anthony | A Locust Hill Country Club Wedding

Three years of waiting.

Kelly and Anthony waited for this day for three years–that’s how long the ring was on her finger. They planned, and they dreamed. And boy was is worth the wait!  Their day was absolutely beautiful. We could’ve done with a little less heat, but we all made it through!

I loved Kelly’s dress, and her color choices. The colors were tied in so perfectly throughout the wedding, with the groomsmen’s ties, the ring bearer’s bowtie and the bridesmaids’ necklaces. Everything was classy and streamlined, and the reception was decorated beautifully.  We stopped to do pictures in between the ceremony and the reception at the place where we did Kelly and Anthony’s engagement pictures, and it was fun to tie in that meaningful place with their wedding day.  Then we headed to the country club, where it started pouring! Thankfully the clouds were moving fast, and it blew over in just a few minutes, giving the wedding party a chance to take a little break and cool off a bit. The dance floor was hopping, and the guests looked like they were all having a blast. James and I really enjoyed the evening, the mood of the reception overall, and the wedding party and guests.

Locust Hill Country Club was an amazing venue for the wedding–the staff was on top of everything, making the evening run smoothly, and rooms were spacious and ready for a party! We loved photographing your day, Kelly and Anthony! Congratulations.
