Blogging this session makes me long for summer with a yearning that lies deep within my soul.  We shot this session in August, but many of the images were used to gift to these adorable littles’ grandparents, so I wanted to make sure not to blog it too early as to ruin the surprise.  As we’re now almost a full month beyond Christmas, I figured it was safe at this point!  These little munchkins are two sets of siblings–and they’re cousins.  With kids this little, and with many of them, I have to make sure that it’s a fast paced, fun session.  We only do things once or twice (quickly!) before moving on to the next thing.  We play little games, we dance, we jump off of crates and throw things into the air.  Whatever it takes to get the real smiles and to keep their interest.  You would probably not believe what a session looks like “behind the scenes”!  Which makes it all the more fun 🙂
