We already miss them.  It’s a bit quieter around here.  The pool has been unused since they left.  They have returned back home.  It’s too far away.  But we are so thankful that we have some of James’s family in a drivable (although long) distance.

We tried to make the most of our visit together.  It rained far too much, so we were indoor bound for a lot of the time.  When the rain stopped, all the boys spent hours in the pool.

Can you tell we love books? 


The boys made up this soccer game that was a bit like volleyball.  Three touches to get it back over. . . have to alternate players.  There’s a serve to start off the rally.  They also played this for hours.  I’m so glad they have a common bond.  In a few years, Brayden will be old enough to join in the fun.

Pictures at the end are always hard.  This means goodbye for real.  Luckily we got a nice one of all the boys together. . .

We love you guys so so much!  Hopefully we will see you in four months again 🙂
