This session makes me just gush on the inside. Great big heaps of loving goop. This family is just plain gorgeous. When Becky booked one of my few mommy & me mini sessions that I offered in May, I was thrilled! I’ve done a couple sessions for them before–she’s creative as well, and owns her own Etsy shop selling printable invitations and cards (check it out!). Our session was perfect. She was the first of four that were supposed to happen a few Fridays ago. We finished . . . the kids were wonderful, dressed the part and are so super adorable. And then my next client showed up. . . three minutes into the session, a huge gust of wind blew in and with it, torrential rain. For like the next two hours. Ooops.

I very much wish I could’ve done the other three I was supposed to that evening. The blooms were perfect. The light was perfect. And the next couple of days brought an end to the beautiful trees.  But at least I got one done, because I was so thrilled with this little secret spot we nestled ourselves in! So beautiful.
