I met the Powers family during one of my holiday mini-session days.  They brought their three sweet girls for some Christmas pictures.  

Their middle girl, in the red dress, has autism.  I enjoyed photographing her, because it was all about trying to capture her as the session unfolded.  We handed her a couple of props and let her walk around, climb on the rocks and sing.  

The other two girls enjoyed decorating one of the evergreens with some giant ornaments that we brought.  And then we had them run around in the open field to try to catch some natural smiles 🙂
