If I was going to base the number of smiles I would be getting from Anthony’s session on how the first fifteen minutes of our hour went, I would count on getting zero. But never fear! My silly faces and make a fool of myself technique must have worked. But he was one tough cookie to crack. Thankfully we were doing a full session and not a mini-session! Once we hung out for a little while, I was able to catch a few. And boy was it worth all the hard work 🙂
Anthony was quiet . . . very shy. But he followed verbal directions like a champ–and he isn’t even two. He didn’t run away from me like my own little munchkin would have. I enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to chase him around 🙂 Usually that’s the case with little boys!
