I feel a bit badly.  My instagram feed and my Facebook picture updates haven’t included many pictures of Brayden lately.  Obviously, it’s been overtaken by pictures of our newest baby, but also, there have been many pictures of Carter as well.  And that’s because he is smitten by this new little human we have brought home.  He asks to hold him all the time.  He smiles at him.  Touches him.  Holds his arm (not sure why he holds his arm, as opposed to holding his hand).  He sings him songs.  And he always needs to know where he is.  Where’s Sawyer?  What is he doing?  Does he talk yet?  Is he growing?  

I wonder if he will get sick of waiting for Sawyer to grow and start talking and lose interest in him.  I hope not.  I find it endearing.  I hope he grows to love him forever. And I sure hope his big brother catches on!
