Sara was hoping for sun during their maternity session.  I could tell by the pinterest board she sent me that she loved the look of sun flare in images.  I do too. . . I think it is romantic and makes everything look lovely.  All day long, on the day of their session, it was cloudy, cloudy, cloudy.  We were planning on meeting about forty-five minutes before the sun was scheduled to set.  But with no sun in sight, it truly didn’t matter–we could’ve done the session at any point that day.  We met at our location, got out of our vehicles and low and behold, the sun emerged, and was nothing short of perfect for the length of our session.

Sara was beautiful and glowing and you could tell they were both so excited to be so close to welcoming their new little boy into the world.  I am excited for them–I  know how lovely little boys are and how they make the world brighter places.  I’m looking forward meeting him when he decides to make his way into their arms!

I am also a secret keeper a second time over–if you remember from this blog post–I was one of the first to know what they were having, even before them!  And now I am one of only a few people who know the name of their little one 🙂  And my mouth is sealed!  It was hard not to post any pics of their little name blocks that we used on Sara’s belly and stacked in a tower–but maybe those can be shared a different day!
