At this rate, truly, I will have all of my holiday minis posted by April.  But oh well, a trickle here and a trickle there is just as effective as the tortoise, who won the race anyhow.  I’ve gotten to know this family through my lens for a few different sessions–Jenilee always does a super fabulous job dressing her family, and she’s definitely getting even better each time.  She covered every single detail as far as their outfits went, right down to perfect little coordinating socks for her boys, and I secretly wished I could borrow all the outfits for my own family session.

Also, here’s proof that although your kids might hate every part of getting their photos taken, and they might be sick and miserable, and it might be thirty degrees and snowy out, there is still opportunity at any session to get meaningful images.  I think Jenilee went away from the session very discouraged at the twenty minutes that had just went down.  But I promised her that there would be some good in the outcome–and later, after I sent her the gallery, she confessed that this session was the hardest for her to choose her images from, because she loved so many of them.  I love news like that. 🙂
