A couple of weeks ago, I had the honor of photographing one of my high school classmates store opening party. I love when people act on those heart whispers. . . take steps to do something truly unique and special, and go confidently in the direction of their dreams, as Thoreau told us to do. No regrets. Live large. As the “cool” people now say–YOLO. You only live once. And it’s so true. While we are here on this earth, we might as well go chase those dreams. And that’s just what Michelle is doing.

Her store opened on May 5th–it’s beautiful inside. Classy and upscale. I loved visiting and seeing what she’s been working so hard on. I’m not a very fashionable person, but I did enjoy looking at all of her selections, and capturing some shots for her right before her store opened. If you are in the Buffalo area, go check it out!
