About every four months or so, I like to take my boys out and do a quick mini-shoot with them.  I have always been a believer in capturing the every day moments, and love the real images of them day to day–in pajamas, playing with toys, doing coloring at the table, playing with their daddy.  But I do think it’s important to have special images every once in a while where I put them in nice clothes and we go somewhere to photograph just them.  Without the distraction of the extra things.

So that’s what we did yesterday.  I ended up with only nine images that I liked, but it’s not the amount that’s important.  You only need a few. I have a couple of frames in our eating area that need some updating, so I think these will find their way there.

On another note, two separate people have told me that they have been unable to comment on my blog, which may explain why I have not gotten comments in months.  If you are the commenting type, and you wouldn’t mind trying to leave a comment for me, that would be wonderful!  I tweaked a couple of settings on my blog and am hoping that I figured out the problem.
