Some days my camera doesn’t come out often. . .but then I remember that I’ve promised to try to take a photograph every single day this year. I’ve missed some days of course, and more than often I remember during the day when two out of my three kids are at school. So that means a lot more pictures of Sawyer sometimes! I need to work on capitalizing on mornings and early evenings, before time gets away from me and it’s bedtime.

On another note, Sawyer played his very first app the other day all on his own: Grover in There’s a Monster at the End of this Book. And this of course cracks me up, because I vividly remember when we went to Disney four years ago and Carter was not even two yet. We let him play Angry Birds on our little iPod to keep him happy while we waited in lines. Sawyer wouldn’t have a clue what to do with that game still, and Carter navigated it like a pro. I’m super glad that we waited a little bit longer with Sawyer.
