Almost a year ago, I shot Becca and Lou’s classy gorgeous winter wedding (based on the number of images I blogged, clearly, I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites).  The details were beautiful, the couple was ahem . . . not so bad looking themselves, and James and I had a blast capturing their amazing day in images.  It’s amazing feeling to see your own images published in print, and so when I saw the Buffalo Brides magazine for January, you can imaging that I got the chills and teared up (and those of you who know me know that I’m not a cryer . . . so it takes some pretty hefty emotions to get those tear ducts going, if if it’s just a few dribbles!).

I got a call back in December from the manager of content for the magazine saying that they wanted to feature the wedding.  You can imagine I was thrilled.  So exciting for Becca and Lou to actually have their own faces IN the magazine, but equally as exciting for me as the photographer to say that I have some work published!  What a great way to kick of 2015.
