I’ve been having a grand old time creating things for the little “shop” I opened for newborn photographers a couple of months ago.  While I started off making just hats at first, I’ve branched off into other things as well. . . pants and layering pieces for those photographers who want to have layers or “basket stuffers” in their photographs.  So far, I have had fifty-six of my items purchased, which is amazing to me, and definitely makes me want to keep chugging along making things.  If it continues to do pretty well, that will be a nice thing that I can do while I’m on maternity leave from photography.  I do have to leave home to go to the post office, but other than that, it’s been great to make things during times when the kids are sleeping or during Carter’s nap (when he takes one, which is rarely these days!).
