No lie–Carter dresses up every single day.  We bought a couple of souvenirs while in Disney World–and they don’t go far because they are well loved.  We bought the boys a pirate sword and a hook.

We went to a park tonight for just a little bit–and Carter spent a bit of time in the costume bin before we left.  He emerged with a cape, a fireman hat on his head and his sword.  We let him go to the park like that, because there really wasn’t any reason not to.  We’re trying to build the imagination a bit early with our second child, since we sort of missed the imagination boat with our first one.

Carter totally is into pirates right now.  We practically read the same Backyardigan’s Pirate Treasure book every night before bed.  And he goes around all the time saying, Arrrrr, a pirate!
