I photographed Katie and Drew’s wedding a little over three years ago. They have now brought this beautiful little girl into the world, and what a squishy little chunky monkey she is! We had these big plans to put her in her daddy’s firefighter helmet, but she was definitely too big for that, so we compromised, and I think I like the shot we ended up getting in her daddy’s arms much better. I couldn’t believe how long he was able to just chill with all his gear on while we got her situated, but he just shrugged and said, “fires are much hotter than your studio!”. And that is quite the truth.
