Last week was a bear. We had sick kids galore. . . lots of fevers and coughing and crying. Lots and lots of crying. And mostly it was like having a newborn all over again, because Sawyer was up about ten times at night. . . crying, asking for water, crying and crying. And oh, did I mention crying and asking for water?
We had to wrap up our packing in the midst of all the sickness and crying. And then to make matters fun and spice it up a little bit, James’ debit card number was stolen and someone tried to use it at a hotel in Texas. So what’s a guy to do when he’s on his way to school and needs gas and learns his card isn’t working, and that’s literally ALL he has? Well, pray that he makes it home okay on the fumes.
See what I mean about the crying? Yeah, real stuff. FIVE days of it. Oye.
And he was just so tired. He would randomly lay down in the middle of the floor. Kind of looks like he fell down the stairs in this picture.
Our move was this past weekend. This blog post was actually written last week, so I have no idea (at this point) how the move will go. I’m sure I will be updating you all soon!
