Meet James. A seven year old little boy who is changing the face of beauty.

A few words from James’s Mom:

My story began June 14th 2011 when my beautiful son James was born. From the instant he entered this world he has changed my family’s life forever in so many ways. We were not prepared for the initial news and struggled to find our way. Once the dust settled and we met some other families that were living our same story, the journey got a little easier. James has been an inspiration for the way he overcomes all obstacles and makes goals happen. He works so very hard for everything he does. He always has a sense of humor with keeps us all smiling. He has motivated our family to open up GiGi’s Playhouse here in Rochester to secure that he will always have a place in this community where he can be accepted and a place where he can learn and develop through the years. He is always surrounded by love from his family and especially his siblings Emma(4) and Thomas (10 months).

It was a pleasure to do a special photo session with some local kids who have Down syndrome. I am hoping to spread awareness locally in addition to adding my own flair to the campaign, Changing the Face of Beauty.
