He’s three and so full of life. . .

Carter is a character.  You never know what’s going to come out of his mouth.  Or his actions.  He can go from laughing to crying in .2 seconds and then back to laughing again.  He’s tougher than most kids I know and rarely cries when he gets hurt–he’s definitely tougher than his big brother and can hold his own when wrestling with bigger kids.  He has a million different facial expressions.  And I promise that if you heard his little voice, you would love it to pieces.  But boy is he feisty, and quite wild.  We’re working on taming him a bit.  Slow and steady, right?

I took some pictures for his birthday invitation–for a party that never happened since the stomach bug infested our house followed by strep.  So we got all ready for an ice cream sundae party, decorated, set up a felt ice cream craft, bought loads of ice cream and toppings and cones and then bam–sick, sick, sick.  At least I got some cute pictures out of the whole thing!  So, I present to you, the many faces of Carter–in his last couple weeks of being two (these are about a month old).
