My mom is an incredible woman.  She is extremely generous and has a heart toward helping people in need.  She’s always been that way.  She goes out of her way to be kind–offering things that the Lord has blessed her with to help others who might need it.  Hosting parties and showers for people who may not have the space for it.  Picking up things for people at consignment stores–bags full of clothes for their kids–just because.  Sending care packages often to my brother and his family who live overseas.  Making meals for people and supporting others in the ministry.  

And the best thing about her is the way that she loves on my boys.  She is the person who I trust most in the world with them (other than James and myself, of course) 🙂  She always respects the “schedule” and makes sure that she does things that way that she knows I would want them done.  She gets down on the floor with them and plays and takes joy in their smiles and laughter.
