I love the sun at any time of year, it’s true. Especially in the few minutes before it disappears over the horizon. But there is something about that sun in the colder months that makes it even better–and I think it’s because there are no leaves on trees, so it shines even brighter when trying to diffuse it a bit. And because the foliage (or what’s left of it, is a bit yellowy from the slow death of dying), the sun shines ever more golden. November light is beautiful. And yesterday, I wanted to bottle it up and keep it. So I did what I know how to do best, and the only way I know how to bottle it up. . . grab a few shots on the camera. Because that’s a fabulous way to keep a moment alive forever.
