Things are never gradual in the weather department here.  A few days ago, it was eighty something degrees.  Yesterday it didn’t get out of the fifties.  Last night-40’s.  Tomorrow-snow.  Just kidding about that.  But seriously, it’s not too far off.  Last year, it snowed in October.  I always vow that I won’t turn the heat on until November 1st, but usually I succumb once or twice in September at some point.  

So this morning it was rainy and cold.  I had to put on socks.  We stayed inside, colored and played with Playdoh.  Donned mismatched pajamas.  Lit a candle.  Sat on the couch with a blanket.
