We celebrated our own little Christmas on the day after the real Christmas. We opened gifts with the boys and then just a short while later had to hop on the road for our eleven hour drive. I felt bad that the boys really couldn’t play with any of their new toys, but I think we made up for lost time when we got back 🙂
When we were down in Virginia, James’ parents brought these fun cardboard projects that everyone did together. The kids loved coloring them and then playing and running back and forth between the two.
