I already love this family, and I’ve only met them a handful of times. Jacki and Ryan are such sweet parents, and I’ve been blessed to be able to capture such wonderful moments for them: their maternity and newborn session, and their little one’s six month session as well. She was an adorable little doll, full of smiles and sitting up like a champ.

This was really the first session that I did both in studio, and then in my field in the back since we move into our new house. Before Aspen’s session, there were far too many mosquitoes in our yard to do any sessions. And there were definitely a TON out for Aspen’s session, but we weren’t out there for too long, and we had some ninja swatting skills that we utilized. This was thankfully the beginning of the end of the mosquito reign, and since Aspen’s session,  they have been on a steep decline in their numbers.

Jacki and Ryan have a sweet goldendoodle named Bristol that we included in some family pictures as well. She has been so well behaved for the two sessions I’ve done with her–she makes it easy! Dogs usually make the session much more difficult, so I’m always truly thankful for an obedient, happy and loving doggie 🙂
